Our Story
CloudSculpts was founded by Dalprit Sawhney, who has spent more than 15 years guiding organisations through HR transformation and delivering SuccessFactors solutions.
In that time, he saw a recurring challenge: companies often invested heavily in technology but struggled to translate it into real value. Too many projects focused narrowly on system rollouts, missing the bigger picture of aligning people, processes, and platforms to deliver meaningful, sustainable impact.
